Componenta has Group-wide policy for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety.

The basic goal for Componenta is to fulfill customer requirements and comply with all essential legal requirements relating to the environment, occupational health and safety.

Our management systems and operations are audited annually in accordance with the following standards: ISO 9001:2008 and/or ISO/TS 16949:2009 for quality, ISO 14001:2004 for environment and OHSAS 18001:2007 for occupational health & safety. 

Performance targets and indicators are set and monitored at both corporate and unit level. The targets and indicators are updated once a year. 

Customer and stakeholder satisfaction is monitored to continually improve the effectiveness of our Management Systems and processes. 

The programmes implemented for continuous improvement aim at achieving the principle of zero defects in quality and zero accidents and zero illness in health & safety, and at meeting agreed targets in environmental aspects. 

Componenta ensures that all locations have sufficient competent resources and relevant information to be successful. 

Componenta continuously improves its own production processes to guarantee the best possible results in quality, environmental and health & safety aspects. 

Every new investment is evaluated regarding its impact on quality, the environment and safety issues and are based upon Best Available Techniques.
