Componenta’s business model is built on strong and long-term customer relationships. Our customers are global machine and equipment manufacturers that also have significant assembly operations in Finland. Componenta’s all operational functions are located in Finland, close to customers. The comprehensive subcontracting network supplements Componenta’s broad range.
We provide our customers with services covering the entire supply chain, ranging from component design support to manufacturing, and from logistics services to the delivery of complete solutions. We are updating our operating models to identify our customers’ overall needs even better.

During our present strategy term, our goal is to improve our EBITDA and to increase our net sales to 200 million euros. Our aim is that organic growth will raise our net sales by 150 million euros, while inorganic growth will account for 50 million euros of the increase.
Enhancing our in-depth customer knowledge throughout our organisation, we will also develop our sales process and account management. In addition to existing customer relationships, we will seek growth in the Swedish and other European markets.
With regard to sustainability, we will promote the targets set for 2030 in our climate action roadmap by increasing the use of renewable and fossil-free energy, reducing our carbon footprint related to raw materials and by implementing various energy-saving measures in our units. In the area of sustainability, we will continue our focus on development areas that contribute to occupational safety and staff well-being. Diversity, non-discrimination and equality are also integral parts of Componenta’s corporate culture.
Operative reform means making our high-quality standards and excellent delivery performance visible throughout our delivery chain. We will also improve our productivity and emphasise value-added components in our product range. We will increase our machines’ usability level and ensure the availability of competitively priced materials.
We want Componenta to be a sought-after and well-known employer with a single, shared corporate culture characterised by collaboration and continuous renewal. We will develop well-functioning, fit-for-purpose processes and create uniform procedures for various stages of the career path. We will invest in work ability management and the continuous development of expertise as part of the development of supervisory work and management. We will also continue to develop our workplace well-being.
We will continue to investigate opportunities for corporate acquisitions and mergers to promote our inorganic growth.
Locations on the map
Componenta has foundries in Pori and Karkkila, as well as metal product factories in Jyväskylä, Härmä, Kurikka, Leppävesi and Sastamala. In addition, there is a unit specialising in welding, machining and surface treatment in Kalajoki, as well as a site with machining and a service centre in Sepänkylä. Componenta’s head office is located in Vantaa.
